Unless a shipping upgrade is chosen at checkout, orders will be shipped out using the cheapest shipping method to be determined at the time of shipping which is typically USPS First Class
U.S. Orders below $150 receive $7 flat-rate shipping
U.S. Orders $150+ receive free shipping
We are not responsible for lost of stolen packages after shipping
You may choose the store pick-up option at checkout. However, you must be able to pick your order up within a timely manner, otherwise we will invoice you for applicable shipping charges.
EXCHANGES ONLY (NO RETURNS)
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us for process your return after we receive your item (please obtain a tracking number from the post office when you ship your item back to us)
